Loan Officer - Remote

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all borrower interactions, quoted deals, and loan progress in the company CRM to support sales forecasting, performance tracking, and marketing strategies

• Expand market presence by developing sponsor, broker, and referral relationships, attending industry events, and identifying opportunities for new business within targeted territories

• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth processing, underwriting, and closing of loans, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout each deal

• Develop in-depth understanding of proprietary loan products and industry trends to represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and confidence in all borrower engagements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in real estate finance will be considered
• Minimum of five (2) years of sales experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of loan origination, real estate finance, collateral valuation, private lending products, investor requirements, and applicable regulatory considerations
• Demonstrated expertise in structuring short-term real estate loans and assessing asset-based risk
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot or comparable systems)
• Advanced sales and marketing capabilities with a proven ability to develop and maintain a strong, sustainable pipeline

• Demonstrates exceptional ethical judgement, professionalism, and integrity
• Self-motivated and goals-driven, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to cultivate, manage, and retain client relationships
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills with a results-oriented, solutions-focused mindset
• Proven ability to collaborate within a team environment and support organizational objectives
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking, prioritization, and follow-through capabilities
