Key Responsibilities
- Oversee courier and contractor access to various floors.
- Manage the loading dock bay for efficiency and safety.
- Schedule preventive maintenance for loading dock equipment.
- Coordinate the movement of trucks and deliveries.
- Direct contractors delivering and collecting tenant goods.
- Maintain the shipping and receiving office and loading dock area.
- Provide reports to the Operations Manager and keep activity logs.
- Monitor waste removal and order garbage containers as needed.
- Coordinate service elevators and ensure visitor safety compliance.
