Proven experience in a Facilities or Building Management role, in a commercial or retail environment.

Strong client and customer focus, willingness to go above and beyond.

Strong time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise.

Experience using computer based building maintenance and management systems.

Strong written and verbal communication.
