Loader Operator - Site Development

Description of Duties:

• Operating Equipment : Support Crew by assisting foremen and other crew members by operating heavy equipment to move materials on job sites.
• Maintaining Safety Standards : Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others on the site.
• Learning and Development : Gaining hands-on experience and learning new skills related to heavy construction and site development.
• Performing Manual Labor : May also be asked to assist with pipe laying and other construction activities.
• Ensuring Cleanliness : Keep the worksite clean and perform routine maintenance on equipment. The operator is responsible for ensuring the machine is fueled, greased, and lubricated daily. If there is an equipment malfunction, the operator shall notify the foreman or supervisor immediately
• Communicating Effectively : Working as part of a team and communicating effectively with supervisors and coworkers to complete tasks efficiently.

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment, with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Knowledge of site development and construction operations. .
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, lift heavy materials, and stand for long periods of time.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from more experienced workers.

• Hourly Position: Based on competency and skill level.
• Accrued paid time off (PTO) at the start of employment, and paid holidays after 6 months.
