Equipment Operator - Grade Crew - Site Development

Description of Duties:

• Supporting Grade Crew : Assist Foremen and other crew members by efficiently operating heavy machinery to level and slope the land, ensuring a stable foundation for construction.
• Maintaining Safety Standards : Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others on the site.
• Learning and Development : Gaining hands-on experience and learning new skills related to heavy construction and site development.
• Operating Equipment : Efficiently and precisely o perate heavy equipment.
• Performing Manual Labor : Assist with ground tasks to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
• Ensuring Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and organized worksite and equipment to promote efficiency and safety.
• Communicating Effectively : Working as part of a team and communicating effectively with supervisors and coworkers to complete tasks efficiently.

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, lift heavy materials, and stand for long periods of time.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from more experienced workers.

• Hourly Position: Based on competency and skill level.
• Accrued paid time off (PTO) at the start of employment, and paid holidays after 6 months.
