Required Skills & Qualifications

• Keen attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections quickly.
• Physical strength and stamina to stand, bend, and lift repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a warm, dusty, and noisy area with exposure to live animals.
• Comfortable handling live poultry and working under time pressure.
• Basic awareness of animal welfare practices.
• Good hand-eye coordination is required.
• Must be able to understand Good Manufacturing Practices and Product Handling procedures .
• Must not own or have contact with live poultry, or birds to maintain biosecurity compliance.
• Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with coworkers.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work takes place in a live receiving area, often warm, humid, and dusty, with exposure to poultry feathers and odors.
• Protective gear (e.g., gloves, aprons, hairnets) provided and required.
• Shift work, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, may be required.
