- Source, list, and maintain rental properties across PSI's portfolio
- Ensure all listings are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company standards and local regulations
- Coordinate with property owners and internal teams to obtain property details
- Conduct property visits, capture photos and key information
- Upload or update listings on company and partner platforms
- Respond to internal and external inquiries about listed units
- Monitor listing performance and recommend improvements to enhance visibility and conversion
- Collaborate with leasing, sales, marketing, and contact center teams to support lead generation
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in real estate listing or leasing coordination, ideally within the UAE market
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfort using property listing portals, CRM systems, and basic office software
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, conduct regular property visits
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Listing Specialist Rentals (Arabic Speaker) role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Listing Specialist will focus on sourcing, listing, and maintaining rental properties across PSI’s portfolio.
- Ensure that all listings are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company standards and local regulations.
- Coordinate with property owners and internal teams to obtain property details.
- Conduct property visits, capturing photos and key information.

Qualifications
