- Create, upload, and manage property listings on real estate portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and company platforms
- Ensure all property details, pricing, availability, photos, and descriptions are accurate and up to date
- Write and optimize property descriptions to enhance listing visibility and lead generation
- Coordinate with property consultants, landlords, and internal departments to maintain updated inventory
- Monitor listing performance and make necessary updates to improve engagement and inquiries
- Ensure compliance with portal guidelines and company standards
- Maintain organized records of listings, property documents, and marketing materials
- Conduct regular audits of live listings to ensure quality and accuracy
- Support the sales team by providing timely updates on listing status and availability
- Generate reports related to listing performance and inventory management
Requirements
- Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate listing management, property coordination, or similar role
- Hands on experience with Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other real estate portals
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment

Position Overview
