- Manage and coordinate all property listings across company platforms
- Generate and update new property listings in coordination with listing agents
- Maintain accurate and up to date property information including pricing, availability, and descriptions
- Coordinate with landlords and property owners to collect required documents and listing approvals
- Ensure listing permits and compliance requirements are completed properly
- Work closely with sales agents to maximize property exposure and marketing reach
- Track listing performance and provide regular updates to the team
- Support smooth communication between landlords, agents, and management
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate administration or coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and follow up abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
- Proficient in basic MS Office, Excel/CRM systems
