About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee files, records, and HR databases
- Ensure company HR policies and procedures comply with UAE Labour Law
- Coordinate employment visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
- Coordinate monthly payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of employee records
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR related inquiries
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- UAE HR experience is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and visa processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and documentation management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
- Coordinate job postings on recruitment portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee files, records, and HR databases.
- Ensure proper documentation of employment contracts, passport copies, Emirates IDs, visas, educational certificates, and other employee records.
- Manage employee personal files in compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
- Ensure company HR policies and procedures comply with UAE Labour Law and related regulations.
- Monitor contract renewals, probation periods, confirmations, and employee status changes.
- Handle disciplinary procedures, warning letters, employee grievances, and terminations in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
- Keep management updated on changes to UAE labor regulations and HR best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience is mandatory.
- UAE HR experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
