Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
  • Coordinate job postings on recruitment portals and social media platforms.
  • Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee files, records, and HR databases.
  • Ensure proper documentation of employment contracts, passport copies, Emirates IDs, visas, educational certificates, and other employee records.
  • Manage employee personal files in compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
  • Ensure company HR policies and procedures comply with UAE Labour Law and related regulations.
  • Monitor contract renewals, probation periods, confirmations, and employee status changes.
  • Handle disciplinary procedures, warning letters, employee grievances, and terminations in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
  • Keep management updated on changes to UAE labor regulations and HR best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience is mandatory.
  • UAE HR experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and visa processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
