Property Shop Investment is hiring motivated Property Consultants for its Secondary Market (Resale & Listings) team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves sourcing property listings, building landlord relationships, marketing properties, conducting viewings, and managing transactions.

Responsibilities
- Source and acquire property listings from landlords and property owners
- Build and maintain strong landlord relationships
- Market properties through leading property portals and company channels
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
- Manage transactions through successful completion
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Follow up with clients and manage sales pipelines effectively
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales driven and target oriented mindset
- Excellent relationship building abilities
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Automotive Sales, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, or Business Development preferred
- Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, German, Spanish, or Italian are highly desirable

- We are currently expanding our Abu Dhabi team and are looking for motivated Property Consultants to join our Secondary Market (Resale & Listings) departments.
Job Responsibilities Secondary Market (Resale & Listings)
- Source and acquire property listings from landlords and property owners
- Build and maintain strong landlord relationships
- Market properties through leading property portals and company channels
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
