About the Role
Property Shop Investment LLC seeks a motivated Listing Agent for its Secondary Market (Resale) Team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves sourcing resale listings, building client relationships, and managing property portals.

Responsibilities
- Source and secure resale property listings from landlords and property owners
- Build and maintain long term relationships with landlords, buyers, and investors
- Manage and update property listings across leading property portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle
- Coordinate property viewings and support clients throughout the sales process
- Negotiate offers and assist in closing successful resale transactions
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Maintain accurate property records and client interactions using CRM systems
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize listing exposure
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving individual and team targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in Real Estate, Customer Service, Banking, Hospitality, Guest Relations, Automotive Sales, Retail, Business Development, or any client facing sales role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Confident, proactive, and target driven personality
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Odoo, Bitrix24, Salesforce, SAP, or similar software is an added advantage
- Experience using Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, or similar online marketplaces is highly desirable
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian, French, German, Spanish, Romanian, Italian, or Chinese are a strong advantage
- UAE Driving License is an advantage

- Experience using Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, or similar online marketplaces is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience handling premium clients, landlord management, or property listings.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital tools, and customer relationship management.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage.

- Pay: AED 4,000 per month.
