About the Role
Property Shop Investment LLC is hiring a seller-side Listing Agent to source, secure, and manage property listings in Dubai. The role involves prospecting, valuations, marketing listings, and negotiating offers.

Responsibilities
- Source and win new listings through prospecting, referrals, networking, and farming target communities
- Conduct property valuations and advise sellers on realistic, market aligned pricing
- Secure signed listing agreements (Form A) and manage the seller relationship end to end
- Create compelling listings — arrange professional photography, write descriptions, and publish across Property Finder, Bayut, Dubai REST, and the company CRM
- Verify ownership documents and ensure listings are accurate, permitted, and RERA compliant
- Coordinate viewings, gather feedback, and keep sellers updated on market activity
- Negotiate offers between sellers and buyer side agents to close deals
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of exclusive listings
- Track market trends, comparable sales, and inventory levels in assigned areas
- Ensure all transactions adhere to DLD and RERA regulations through to handover
Requirements
- Valid RERA certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- UAE driving licence and own vehicle
- 1–3+ years in Dubai real estate, ideally with listing/seller side experience
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing, and regulatory framework (DLD, Form A/B/I, Trakheesi permits)
- Proven prospecting and relationship building skills
- Confident negotiator with excellent English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or other languages a strong plus)
- Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable working on commission
- Proficient with property portals and CRM systems

Role Summary
- Seller side specialist responsible for sourcing, securing, and managing property listings. Builds relationships with landlords and sellers, prices and markets inventory accurately, and ensures every listing is compliant, well presented, and primed to sell or lease quickly.
