Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous cleaning, detailing, hospitality, janitorial, aviation, or customer service experience preferred.
• Aviation or aircraft detailing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to obtain an airport-issued badge.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and cleaning standards.
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Active airport hangar and ramp environment.
• Exposure to aircraft noise, cleaning chemicals, fuel fumes, and changing weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, climb, and work in confined aircraft spaces for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, and snow.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts as operational needs require.
