Lead and supervise the cake production line to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Operate, monitor, and control cake production machines and equipment.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Monitor automation systems, HMI, and PLC-controlled equipment during production.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure proper material handling, machine setup, and line cleanliness.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain accurate production records, downtime reports, and machine performance data.
Implement and support TPM, 5S, and Kaizen activities within the production area.
