Regents' Glen Country Club is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team at The Fairway Table, our family-friendly restaurant serving members and guests both indoors and poolside.

This role is responsible for preparing high-quality menu items efficiently and consistently during service, working alongside the kitchen team to keep operations running smoothly during evenings, weekends, and Club events.

• Prepare and cook menu items to Club standards, following recipes and portion guidelines
• Set up and stock assigned station(s) with all necessary supplies before service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station throughout each shift
• Work efficiently under pressure during peak service times, including evenings, weekends, and special events
