- Drive company vehicles safely to transport staff members as needed
- Perform thorough pre trip and post trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and regulatory compliance
- Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean, organized, and well maintained
- Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies to ensure passenger safety
- Plan, monitor, and optimize routes to support staff schedules efficiently
- Provide timely updates to dispatchers and management about delays, issues, or route changes
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance activities
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Prior experience as a driver or in a similar role involving staff transportation
- Strong knowledge of local and regional road networks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
