- Prepare basic reports on feedback trends and customer satisfaction
- Support onboarding by explaining home nursing services and scheduling
Requirements
- UAE National (Emiratisation)
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, front desk, or client support (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with patience and professionalism
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
