Job Overview
The role provides safe and efficient transportation for company employees, documents, materials, and other business-related requirements.
The driver reports to management or the Administration Manager and is expected to provide professional and courteous service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly and follow assigned schedules and routes.
- Transport employees, management, documents, materials, goods, and business-related items.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and check fuel, tires, oil, brakes, and other basic requirements.
- Report vehicle damage, mechanical problems, maintenance needs, and safety issues to management.
- Coordinate renewal of vehicle registration, insurance, and other required documents.
- Follow UAE traffic laws, company safety policies, and confidentiality requirements.
- Maintain trip, fuel usage, and vehicle-related expense records when required.
- Perform errands and other transportation-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is required.
- Good knowledge of Dubai and UAE roads is required.
- Familiarity with Google Maps and other navigation applications is required.
