Job Summary
The IT Developer will support company IT systems, software applications, websites, and internal digital processes.
The role involves developing, maintaining, improving, and troubleshooting software and systems.
The developer will translate business requirements into practical IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve company websites, software, and internal applications.
- Customize CRM, ERP, and other company platforms.
- Develop system and application integrations.
- Troubleshoot software, system, database, and technical issues.
- Maintain databases and data accuracy.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and automated processes.
- Support ERP and CRM implementation and customization.
- Assist with API and third-party software integrations.
- Maintain system security, user access, backups, and basic IT controls.
- Perform updates, testing, troubleshooting, technical support, documentation, and solution recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
