Position Summary

Responsibilities
- Mix drinks and build relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Anticipate and deliver on guests' needs.
- Ensure quality of drinks and accuracy of transactions.
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
- Partner with management in hiring, training, and development.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
