Position Summary
Prepare drinks and create a memorable, distinctive experience for guests.
Act as the host of the bar space and take ownership of guest service beyond the bar itself.
Key Responsibilities
- Track beverage trends, micro-local offerings, and evolving guest needs.
- Use beverage knowledge and expertise to keep the bar looking and functioning flawlessly.
- Build relationships across the hotel and in the local community to anticipate guest needs.
- Handle cash carefully, provide accurate guest information, and maintain drink quality.
- Follow company policies, protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and uphold professional appearance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required and no license or certification is listed.
Work Conditions
- The role requires extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking.
- The role requires reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently.
