Position Overview
Prepare beverages and create a unique, memorable experience by serving as the host of the bar.
Use beverage knowledge, guest focus, and attention to detail to support a high-quality stay.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages correctly and maintain the bar's appearance and functionality.
- Monitor beverage trends and evolving guest needs while providing useful information and recommendations.
- Build relationships with hotel colleagues and the surrounding community.
- Follow company policies, confidentiality, quality, appearance, communication, and asset-protection standards.
- Perform active physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects.
Desirable Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is listed as a desirable qualification.
- At least one year of related work experience is listed as a desirable qualification.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
Schedule
- The position is scheduled as full time.
Workplace
- The role is based at the Aloft Hotels location on East Crescent in Dubai and is not remote.
