Position Overview
Deliver beverages and a unique, memorable experience while making the bar welcoming and fully functional.
Use beverage knowledge, service expertise, and attention to detail to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare quality beverages, follow current trends, and propose local specialties appropriate to guest needs.
- Communicate and collaborate with hotel colleagues and the surrounding community.
- Handle transactions carefully and maintain quality from payment through beverage preparation and guest recommendations.
- Follow company, safety, confidentiality, appearance, quality, and asset-protection standards.
- Remain active during service and perform lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and related physical tasks.
Recommended Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is listed as a recommended qualification.
- At least one year of related work experience is listed as a recommended qualification.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
Schedule
- The position is scheduled as full time.
Workplace
- The role is based at the Aloft Hotels location on East Crescent in Dubai and is not remote.
