Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly and courteously.
• Supervise and ensure safety of swimmers.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas.
• Ensure swimmers follow safe swimming practice; enforce and adhere to pool rules and regulations.
• Follow emergency action plan and procedures when required.

Requirements And Qualifications

• Ability to understand guest needs and expectations and to deliver superior customer service with little input from others.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a similar environment.
• Certified lifesaving and lifeguarding, recognized by the UAE
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a lifeguard
• Preferred candidate is immediately available
