- Ensure appropriate use of CCTV system and maintain evidential records
- Report equipment failure to security supervisor
- Conduct regular checks on field officers to ensure alertness and efficiency

Job Description
- CCTV Operator role at Golden Safety Property Guard Services L.L.C in Dubai.
- Requires immediate joiner with SIRA CCTV certificate.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor all surveillance security systems/cameras within the Control Centre.
- Record all events, incidents, and actions taken in a clear, legible, and accurate written format.
- Provide efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service.
- Ensure appropriate use of CCTV system and include evidential records and witness statements.
- Report equipment failure to the security supervisor.
- Maintain a secure system for providing data in accordance with Dubai Police and SIRA regulations.
- Conduct regular checks on field officers to assure alertness and efficiency.
- Work on a shift basis to provide 24/7 cover.
Qualifications
- Private/commercial security experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of operation of the CCTV system.
- Must have CCTV Operator / Security Systems Operator Training and Certificates issued by SIRA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts.

- Work Location: In person.
- Prefer fresher candidates or having 1 year experience with SIRA CCTV Certificate and valid visit/cancelled visa.
