Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
We are seeking a responsible and vigilant **Lifeguard** to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of swimmers at all times, remaining alert to potential hazards and unsafe behavior
- Ensure guests feel safe, comfortable, and supported in the beach/pool area
- Inspect facilities for cleanliness, complete general pool cleaning and maintenance duties at regular points throughout the shift
- Ensure swimmers follow safe swimming practices; enforce and adhere to rules and regulations
- Communicate rules clearly and address any non-compliance appropriately
- Provide assistance and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow emergency action plans and procedures when required, responding quickly and effectively to incidents
- Coordinate with team members and report any safety or maintenance concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Lifeguard Certification (Ellis, Red Cross, ILS, or equivalent – UAE approved)
- CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification mandatory
- Previous experience in a similar environment
- Intermediate or better English proficiency (read, write, speak)
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
