Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
We are seeking a results-driven **Business Development Manager** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities within the security and facilities management sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong familiarity with the UAE market and local business practices
- Proven experience within the security or facilities management industry
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
