Responsibilities
- Job Responsibilities:
- 1. Product Ownership 1.1. Requirements Gathering: • Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams and end-users, to clarify and validate licensing related business needs. • Provide input to Digital Delivery team on requirement, ensuring regulatory and operational considerations are fully understood. • Analyze current systems and processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement from a business perspective. 1.2. Business Process Analysis: • Conduct thorough analyses of business workflows to understand regulatory licensing requirements. • Develop process maps, workflows, and use cases to visualize and communicate proposed changes. 1.3. Documentation: • Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for business processes, regulatory interpretations and licensing practices. • Produce detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making. 2. Stakeholder Communication: • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements and project objectives. • Work closely with the Digital Delivery team who will act as the primary liaison with the developers/ vendors, ensuring business needs are clearly communicated and understood. 3. Testing and Validation: • Perform initial and ongoing user acceptance testing (UAT) and support UAT by assisting business stakeholders in validating the final product. 4. Project Management Support: • Support project planning by providing input from a Licensing perspective. • Track project progress and report on status to business stakeholders. 5. Training and Guidance: • Support the preparation of user manuals, stakeholder guidance and training materials for all aspects of the platform.
Qualifications
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or significant appropriate experience in the same. • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst or in a related role, preferably in regulatory or compliance projects and/or commercial gaming. • Strong understanding of regulatory licensing processes and frameworks. • Proficiency in documenting business processes and requirements using tools like UML, BPMN, or similar methodologies. • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. • Proficient in relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello), and data analysis tools.
