Job Description
Qatar Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse.
The role provides independent, high-quality nursing care for patients of varying ages and conditions in a home setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
- Administer medications and injections and provide prescribed wound care.
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and other activities of daily living.
- Operate and monitor home medical equipment such as oxygen concentrators, feeding pumps, and catheters.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to the supervising RN.
- Educate patients and family members or caregivers on home care routines and disease management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Practical Nursing from a two-year program after high school or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of work experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Valid MOPH License in Qatar as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong clinical judgment.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person in a home-care setting in Doha.
