Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and primary medical care to employees experiencing illness, injuries, or health related concerns
- Monitor employees’ health conditions and assist in coordinating medical care or hospitalization when required
- Maintain and manage the workplace medical facility/clinic, including medical equipment, supplies, and treatment records
- Conduct and coordinate employee medical examinations, ensuring compliance with occupational health requirements
- Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and health documentation in the internal system
- Support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs, policies, and procedures
- Participate in workplace inspections, risk assessments, and ergonomic evaluations to identify potential health and safety risks
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s emergency response and preparedness plans, including participation in emergency drills
- Ensure compliance with local occupational health regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Assist in managing medical supply inventory and procurement requests related to health and safety operations
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and personal hygiene requirements within the production environment
- Report any health, safety, or food safety concerns to the relevant departments to ensure timely corrective actions
Requirements
- Diploma in General Nursing from a recognized institution
- Valid Ministry of Health (MOH) license or eligibility for licensing
- 2 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or food production environments
- Arabic: Native proficiency
- English: Business / professional proficiency
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Requirements

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multicultural teams.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with HSE teams, and adapt to flexible working hours.
