  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Minimum of 6 months of insurance sales or agency experience (Allstate preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve goals.
  • Enjoys building relationships and earning customer trust.
  • Competitive and driven to succeed.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Positive, dependable, and coachable.
  • Comfortable identifying sales opportunities while providing outstanding customer service.
