- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on Qatar Executive commercial fleet
- Manage, encourage, and motivate the team to perform required tasks
- Manage inspections and define priorities of defects to be rectified
- Proactively find solutions to defects ensuring efficient resolution while adhering to safety and regulatory standards
- Responsible for final release of work ensuring tasks meet QE standards and targets
- Provide guidance and on the job training for technicians and mechanics
Requirements
- 5 7 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
- Licensed Aircraft Engineer qualification
- Ability to travel to aircraft location at short notice

Job Description
- Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities to support Qatar Executive commercial fleet.
- Manages, encourages, and motivates the team to perform tasks.
- Determines materials, tooling, support required for assigned maintenance tasks.
- Manages inspections and defines priorities of defects.
- Identifies skill sets and coordinates effective use of pool personnel.
- Proactively finds solutions to defects while adhering to safety, regulatory, and company policies.
- Advises of any impending issues impacting aircraft and cabin system serviceability.
- Responsible for final release of work ensuring tasks meet QE standards and targets.
- Reviews work procedures, equipment, and standards to propose improvements.
- Provides assistance to other QE departments to define, develop, and prepare maintenance work packages.
- Provides specialist support to QE Maintenance, CAMO, and Engineering.
- Travels to aircraft location at short notice for troubleshooting and defect rectification.
