About the Role
BESIX Unitec seeks a Liaison Officer (UAE National) to serve as the primary point of contact between schools and the facility management team. The role involves coordinating FM requirements, conducting school visits, preparing reports, and supporting awareness campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate day to day FM requirements with schools and internal FM team
- Serve as the escalation point for complex or urgent FM matters
- Conduct regular school visits to monitor service performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Review FM reports and prepare monthly presentations with professional visual design
- Support and coordinate FM requirements for school events, workshops, and special activities
- Design and support awareness campaigns related to facility care, sustainability, and responsible use of assets
- Support general management with inputs of presentations, proposals, and stakeholder communications
- Draft and translate communications and documents (English Arabic) as required

- Problem solving skills
- Bilingual communication (English & Arabic)
- Graphic design proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent) Mandatory
