We're looking for a detail-oriented team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional service to come onboard as a Lending Operations Administrator II in a temporary, up to 18 months, opportunity.
In this role, you’ll provide timely, high quality loan administration, processing, and support services. You will prepare and distribute lending documentation and have an opportunity to identify, recommend, and share ideas resulting in process improvements and enhancing overall member experience.
Processing a variety of loan administration and operational transactions accurately and efficiently. This includes documentation, registrations, renewals and transactional support for agriculture and commercial loans and mortgages.
Serving as an initial escalation point for loan administration issues and assisting with resolution.
Responding to lending operation inquiries and providing support to internal teams and external partners.
Assisting in the development of lending processes relating to the retail and operations areas all while ensuring regulatory and operational requirements are met.
Maintaining effective use of credit union and third party systems for efficient tracking, processing and inquiries.
Completing activities related to the proper maintenance and retention of office correspondence, loan files and other documentation.
Completing and balancing reconciliations of internal accounts.
You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a commitment to accuracy.
You are dependable and accountable, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
