- Act as the first line legal advisor across the holding company and subsidiaries
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, from NDAs to complex transactions
- Support commercial, corporate, and transactional matters in a fast scaling environment
- Manage and coordinate external legal counsel on specialist and high value matters
- Provide pragmatic, business focused legal advice to senior stakeholders
- Support international partner engagements, working in English daily
- Take a fully hands on approach, including routine and administrative legal tasks
