Job Summary
Provide legal support across the organization, including contract drafting and review, legal research, regulatory compliance, case follow-up, and dispute resolution.
Identify and minimize legal risks through knowledge of applicable Saudi laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction and subcontract agreements.
- Conduct legal due diligence for projects and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and construction requirements.
- Represent the company before courts and government authorities.
- Manage legal disputes, claims, and litigation.
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders and project teams.
- Liaise with external law firms and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain and update legal records, contracts, and case files.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise management accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia.
- 4–5 years of relevant legal experience.
- Previous experience with a reputable law firm or leading legal consultancy firm is required.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, contracts, and regulations.
- Experience handling contracts and legal documentation.
