Role Overview
- The Legal Risk Advisor will be responsible for ensuring adequacy and effectiveness of the legal risk management processes.
- The incumbent will identify the implications arising from potential and existing contractual commitments and will adopt a proactive role to highlight and mitigate potential legal issues.
- The incumbent will also assume responsibility for providing sound legal advice to the Credit Risk Section while ensuring compliance with relevant local and international laws and regulations.
