About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the legal department, supervising a team of two lawyers.
• Provide strategic legal advice on commercial and corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks across business operations.
• Represent the organization in negotiations and liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory authorities when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
• Leverage an established professional network to support business growth and legal initiatives.
• Develop legal strategies that align with the organization's commercial objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.); a Master's degree (LL.M.) is an advantage.
• Minimum 20 years of legal experience , including at least 8 years practicing in Saudi Arabia .
• Extensive experience in commercial law gained with well-known law firms or reputable organizations.
• Strong understanding of Saudi legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership experience managing legal teams.
• Well-established network of professional relationships and a strong track record of client relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
