We work with entrepreneurs, investors, startups, family offices, and multinational companies seeking strategic advisory and operational support across the UAE and international markets.
We are currently looking for a motivated and commercially minded Legal Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship program in Dubai.
Role Overview
- The Legal Intern will support the legal and corporate advisory division while gaining practical exposure to:
- UAE corporate legal advisory
- Commercial documentation
- Client consultations
- Business setup structures
- Legal sales and client relationship management
- This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in corporate legal advisory and commercial legal services within a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and corporate documents
- Support the legal team with client consultations and advisory matters
- Conduct legal and regulatory research
- Prepare proposals and legal service summaries for clients
- Assist with compliance and corporate structuring matters
- Coordinate with internal departments including business setup and real estate
- Maintain legal documentation and CRM updates
- Support client follow-ups and administrative legal processes
- Participate in client meetings and internal strategy discussions

- Requirements
- Law graduate or currently pursuing a law degree
- Strong interest in corporate and commercial law
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong organizational and research skills
- Ability to work in a professional and fast-paced environment
- Fluent English required
- Arabic is considered an advantage
