About the Role

  • OneLink is seeking an ambitious, results driven, and highly experienced Head of Sales – Business Setup to lead and grow our Corporate Services division.
  • This is not a traditional sales management role. We are looking for a hands on leader who can drive revenue growth, inspire and develop a high performing sales team, establish strong sales processes, and play a key role in the strategic growth of the business.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the UAE Business Setup industry and possess the leadership capability to scale sales performance while maintaining exceptional client service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Business Setup sales team.
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and business growth.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and conversion metrics across the team.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop Business Setup Advisors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Management to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role within the UAE Business Setup industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE company formation, licensing, visa processing, and related corporate services.
  • Experience leading and managing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Commercially driven with a strong understanding of sales performance management.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of driving results in a fast paced environment.
  • Existing network within the UAE Business Setup industry will be considered a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary of AED 20,000 – 25,000 depending on experience and track record.
