Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.

Compensation
- Payout is $40-$110 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and draft terms of service, privacy policies, and user agreements for compliance with applicable laws.
- Advise on legal risks associated with microtasking operations, including data privacy and labor regulations.
- Assess and mitigate risks related to cross-border transactions and intellectual property disputes.
- Provide legal support in handling user disputes and platform-related legal inquiries.
- Stay updated on evolving laws and regulations affecting gig-economy platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in contract review and drafting with a focus on digital platforms.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws such as GDPR or CCPA.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in legal contexts.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
