Key Responsibilities
- Review and draft terms of service, privacy policies, and user agreements for compliance with applicable laws.
- Advise on legal risks involving data privacy and labor regulations in microtasking operations.
- Assess and mitigate cross-border transaction and intellectual property dispute risks.
- Support the handling of user disputes and platform-related legal inquiries.
- Stay updated on laws and regulations affecting gig-economy platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience reviewing and drafting contracts for digital platforms.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws such as GDPR or CCPA.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical and legal problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to navigate complex legal landscapes.
