Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including supply, distribution, and marketing contracts
- Provide legal advice to global marketing teams, particularly on licensing and brand partnerships
- Manage and protect the global trademark portfolio, including registrations and enforcement
- Support compliance programmes and advise on risk management across multiple jurisdictions
- Lead or support dispute resolution matters across the EMEA region
- Contribute to strategic projects including new market entry and M&A activity
- Improve legal processes, templates, and deliver training to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with experience in commercial law
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Knowledge of IP law and trademark portfolio management
- Experience in compliance and risk management across multiple jurisdictions
- Ability to support M&A and dispute resolution matters
