As a Client Advisor on the managed billing team, you'll be a crucial link between Expert Institute and our attorney-clients, directly impacting case outcomes through expert witness selection and strategic consulting. This role combines legal analysis, client service, and project management in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive case intake conversations with attorneys

Analyze case theories and develop targeted expert witness search strategies

Translate complex legal needs into actionable research parameters

Oversee end-to-end client engagements

Ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality of all deliverables

Build and maintain strong relationships with attorney clients

Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders

Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges
