Responsibilities
- Court representations; comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations
- Assist in the preparation for and representation during court proceedings, arbitrations, and client meetings, providing expert legal advice and support
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop proactive solutions for complex legal issues, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage client communications effectively, ensuring all inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally, while maintaining client confidentiality
Requirements
- Master of Laws (LLM) degree or equivalent from a recognised law school
- Minimum of 5 years of experience representing clients in courts
- Exposure to white collar crime cases is preferred
- Strong understanding of UAE commercial practices and regulations
- Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in English; Arabic native language
