Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and analyze commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documentation
- Conduct legal research and provide concise summaries on regulatory and legislative developments
- Support the legal team in managing corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
- Assist with contract negotiations and coordinate with internal stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Maintain legal records, documentation, and contract management systems
- Liaise with external legal counsel and support ongoing legal projects when required
- Monitor regulatory and legislative changes and provide relevant updates to the business
- Assist in preparing legal reports, presentations, policies, and internal communications
- Support the implementation of legal and compliance best practices across the organization
Requirements
- Emirati with Family Book (Emiratisation role) – mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree in Law – mandatory
- Up to 2 years of legal experience within a corporate, law firm, or regulatory environment
- Strong legal research, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to review complex documentation accurately
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
