Role Overview
The Legal Analyst supports legal documentation, contract analysis, legal research, correspondence, and regulatory monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Draft briefs, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Manage legal correspondence and liaise with company lawyers.
- Assist in reviewing, summarizing, and analyzing contracts and business documents.
- Research legal precedents and existing laws and prepare reports.
- Track changes in local laws and regulations and provide timely updates.
- Organize and maintain documents.
- Meet with internal and external stakeholders to collect information.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field is required.
- One to two years of experience in a paralegal role is required.
- Experience preparing legal reports.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time-sensitive documents, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and research skills.
