Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on UAE real estate transactions, including property development, off plan sales, leasing, and brokerage
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage legal documents such as SPAs, MOUs, tenancy contracts, and joint venture agreements
- Ensure compliance with UAE Federal laws and Dubai real estate regulations, including DLD and RERA
- Liaise with government authorities, regulators, external counsel, and stakeholders on legal matters
- Conduct legal due diligence for property acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
- Advise senior management on legal risks and mitigation strategies
- Handle UAE based real estate disputes, including litigation and arbitration (e.g., DIAC)
- Monitor changes in UAE real estate laws and provide updates to management
- Support corporate governance, company licensing, developer compliance, and escrow requirements
- Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations
- Experience with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA requirements
- Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills for real estate legal documents
- Ability to handle real estate disputes, litigation, and arbitration
- Experience in property development, off plan sales, and leasing

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on UAE real estate transactions, including property development projects, off plan sales, leasing agreements, brokerage activities, and corporate matters
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of UAE real estate legal documents, including SPAs, MOUs, tenancy contracts, service agreements, joint venture agreements, and development contracts
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Federal laws and Dubai real estate regulations, including requirements issued by authorities such as Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and relevant free zone or municipal authorities
- Liaise with UAE government authorities, regulators, external legal counsel, and key stakeholders on real estate and corporate legal matters
- Conduct legal due diligence for property acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and real estate development projects within the UAE
- Advise senior management on legal risks within UAE real estate transactions and provide practical risk mitigation strategies aligned with local regulations
- Handle UAE based real estate disputes, including litigation, arbitration (e.g., DIAC), claims, and settlement negotiations
- Monitor changes in UAE real estate laws, regulations, and regulatory circulars, and provide timely updates to management
- Support corporate governance, company licensing, developer compliance, escrow requirements, and regulatory filings in the UAE
- Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures aligned with UAE legal and regulatory frameworks
- Provide legal support to internal departments including Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Finance, and HR within UAE operations
