Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on Commercial and Corporate Law matters within the UAE legal
- framework.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, including PPA, PPP and BOT contracts
- related to Power Station and Energy projects.
- Ensure all legal documentation complies with applicable UAE laws and international legal
- standards.
- Advise on international legal matters and cross-border transactions, particularly in the
- energy sector.
- Support the business in navigating regulatory requirements related to Power & Energy
- projects.
- Represent the company in legal matters and proactively identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Collaborate with senior management and internal stakeholders to align legal strategies with
- business objectives.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes effectively and efficiently.
